Rayce
My name is Rayce Mathews. My family and I moved to Payson in Summer 2013 and have lived in Chaparral Pines since then. Being born in Indiana, the climate change and warm weather were all it took to fall in love with the Payson area. I graduated from Payson High School in 2019 and received my Real Estate license in 2021 while attending Scottsdale Community College and playing on their golf team. My background in golf and the variety of courses I have played in my life allow me to confidently say that The Chaparral Pines and The Rim Golf clubs are some of the best courses I have played, with great customer service from the employees. The amenities (such as the pool, tennis courts, and workout facilities) made it very convenient to keep up with the active lifestyle that I enjoy. Watching my father’s work ethic as I grew up has shown me how to work for the customer to the best of my ability. I plan to expand my real estate expertise to Scottsdale and Mesa, along with Payson.
Randy
I found Payson in 2012 after watching my second oldest son, Ross, play in his college golf tournament in Prescott. I immediately knew this was where we wanted to be. I brought my wife, Carol, and 2 other sons, Tanner and Rayce from Indiana, and found a home in Chaparral Pines. We loved the golf course, the safe community, and the fantastic weather. Quite a change from Indiana. I had insurance offices in Indiana and purchased the Allstate office in town. Ross graduated ACU in 2015 and joined me in the Allstate Insurance office. We worked together rebuilding the clientele and training the staff to make it a viable agency. I transferred the agency to Ross and worked as an advisor and medicare specialist in 2019. Ross had grown to an exceptional agent and I found he needed me less and less. I decided to begin a career I had always been interested in, the world of real estate. My love of the Chaparral and Rim communities led me to the Integra real estate office. It only made sense to build my career selling properties for the agency located where I had chosen to live. Rayce, my youngest, will graduate from Scottsdale community college and join me in the Mathews group helping us learn and become the best real estate team we can be. We look forward to serving the community for years to come.
